艾长安、何小军和刘国庆驾驶着一辆五吨“沸腾”牌卡车开往火车站接沈夏，正撞见一名小偷正在作案。三人默契配合，与小偷展开追逐。小偷趁机将偷来的钱包塞进刚下火车的杨薇薇的包内。沈夏一伸脚将小偷绊倒，艾长安趁机擒获小偷。两人默契的配合，令暗恋沈夏的徐驰觉察到两人的关系非比寻常。艾长安误会杨薇薇跟小偷是同伙，心高气傲的杨薇薇因此与艾长安结下了梁子。回厂路上，众人因为接站闹剧心中各有不满而大打出手。厂里为实习大学生准备了盛大的欢迎仪式，却被突然闯入的一头驴打乱。艾长安跳上驾驶室，然而昔日的伤痛和阴影浮现在脑海中，令他无法驾驶汽车。
