《胭脂泪》是一部以民国为时代背景，讲述了少女叶之秋，化身周家五姨太进入周府，只为“查明姐姐身亡真相”，在周府与具有“身世秘密”的周家大少爷周以墨相识，共同解开了周府不为人知的一面，两人相互支撑、共患危难的悬疑爱情故事。
